1. Independent identity
BACKON is an independent remote technology-support brand operated by NV Venture, India. Unless a specific authorized relationship is expressly stated, BACKON is not owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by the manufacturers/software providers whose products a customer uses.
2. Product names and trademarks
Names such as Microsoft, Windows, Apple, macOS, HP, Dell, Canon, Brother, Epson and other software/hardware brands may be used to identify a device, compatibility question or support topic. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
3. No manufacturer impersonation
We do not claim to be “Microsoft Support,” “Apple Support,” a bank, government authority or another company merely to gain trust or remote access. BACKON’s own identity should be visible in the website, communication and payment flow.
4. Authorized relationships
Words such as “authorized,” “official,” “certified partner,” “reseller” or “dealer” are used only when NV Venture/BACKON actually holds that status and the wording is permitted by the relevant agreement.
5. Payment providers
The availability of PayPal, Skydo or another payment method does not make that provider a sponsor, technical-support partner or endorser of BACKON.
6. Manufacturer warranty
Independent paid support is separate from manufacturer warranty service unless explicitly stated. If a hardware defect or warranty claim should be handled by the manufacturer or seller, BACKON may recommend that route rather than present independent work as warranty service.
7. Search and advertising
Search keywords may describe the product a customer needs help with, but advertising and page copy should not create the impression that a third party operates BACKON. We do not use fake security alerts or manufacturer-style warnings to generate support calls.
